Bharat Khatau, Chairman & CEO
Bharat Khatau has been a practitioner of offshore software development since mid 1980s. Prior to founding Trigent in 1995, he headed Technology Resources International, a software consulting firm specializing in offshore development to U.S. clients. He has started and run a number of product and services companies since early 1980’s. His background includes process control, enterprise software, process automation, systems design in the telecommunications and computer industries.
Errol James, President
Errol James has over 25 years of experience leading and growing IT Professional Services and Solutions organizations (consulting, systems integration, outsourcing, software solutions and M&A) primarily for Deloitte Consulting and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). He has provided IT services to private and public companies on both a domestic and international basis. Errol has also provided IT services to several vertical industries and companies such as Financial Services/Insurance (First Chicago, Heller Financial, MasterCard, XL Capital, XL Re, NASD), Manufacturing/High-Tech (Dell, Honeywell, BASF, HP, 3M), Health Care/Life Sciences (Merck, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Bay State Health Care), and Telecommunications (AT&T, Nextel, Deutsche Telekom, Belgacom).
Chuck Rehberg, Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Chuck Rehberg sets the direction for Trigent's technology initiatives. Under his leadership, Trigent has developed patent-pending rules engine technologies that enable the effective delivery of business solutions. He has more than twenty years of experience in the high-tech industry, developing leading-edge solutions in the areas of artificial intelligence and AI-based configuration software.
Jayesh Khatau, Executive Vice President
A co-founder and member of the company’s Board of Directors, Jayesh Khatau has been playing an instrumental role in Trigent’s history from the very beginning. He is currently responsible for Trigent’s financial operations and administration.
Anil Nagaraj, Vice President
Since 1995, Anil Nagaraj has played a pivotal role in building long-term relationships with Trigent's clients in the U.S. and in Europe. He is currently overseeing India Business Development, HR & Recruitment and Quality initiatives at Trigent.
S. Nagarajan, Head of Delivery
S. Nagarajan has over 25 years of experience in operations management. Prior to joining Trigent in 2005, he was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Value Software Technologies where he was responsible for software development and implementation activities for international clients. He has worked with several multinational companies in the U.S., Europe, and Canada.
Chella Palaniappan, Director - Technology
Chella Palaniappan oversees the building of Trigent’s enterprise software and web business solutions and manages product development, integration and testing as well as delivery management. Chella works closely with clients in North America from our Boston, MA office to ensure their offshore initiatives and ODC execution is smooth and efficient. Chella has 18 years of IT services experience. Prior to joining Trigent, Chella worked for Tata Unisys and The National Informatics Center of India.
Nagendra Rao, Director - Business Development
Nagendra Rao is a Business Development Director for Trigent in North America. Additionally, Nagendra manages Trigent’s marketing activities. Nagendra has 20 years of business development and consulting experience in the ISV, retail, e-commerce and marketing industries. Prior to joining Trigent, Nagendra worked at Hughes Networks, Tata Consultancy Services and Crompton Greaves.
Dave LaHaise, Director – Business Development
Dave LaHaise is a Business Development Director for Trigent in North America. Dave has more than 25 years of business development experience and has worked extensively with clients in the retail, consumer goods, high technology, manufacturing , healthcare, professional services and utilities industries. He has worked for Collaborative Consulting, CSC Consulting, Kurt Salmon Associates and Keane. In addition, he has leveraged several IT alliances and partnerships throughout his career.
